Quatro Casino KYC Verification Process
Quatro Casino runs KYC checks to confirm who you are, where you live, and that the payment method belongs to you. The casino requests documents inside your account, then reviews them before allowing certain actions.
Verification is triggered when you request a first withdrawal, when your withdrawals reach a higher total, or when your account activity flags a security check (for example, repeated failed login attempts, a change of device and location, or a payment method change). The casino can also ask for KYC again after long inactivity or if submitted details don’t match account data.
After you upload the documents, Quatro Casino reviews them. Most reviews complete within 24–48 hours; if the images are unclear, details don’t match, or extra checks are needed, the review can take up to 5 business days.
- Identity (ID/Passport): A clear photo or scan of a valid passport or national ID card. The document must show your full name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date. If you use an ID card, Quatro Casino requests both sides.
- Address proof: A document dated within the last 3 months showing your full name and residential address. Quatro Casino accepts utility bills (electricity, water, gas), a bank statement, or a government letter. Screenshots are rejected if they don’t show the issuer, date, and full page details.
- Payment method: Proof that the deposit method is yours. For bank cards, Quatro Casino asks for a photo of the card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits and your name; cover the middle digits and the CVV code. For e-wallets, it requests a screenshot of the wallet profile page with your name and account ID/email, plus a transaction showing a deposit to Quatro Casino.
